We fully respect your privacy and guarantee your details and those of people who provide information for a gift book will only be used for the purpose of creating the gift book and related administration.

All information we gather is treated as totally confidential and will not be passed on to a third party.

We do not sell your details, nor share them with other companies to enable them to market directly to you.

Once your book is complete we transfer the files to a masterfile and lodge it in our safe. We then delete the files from our computers.

The Elegant Book Company aims to prevent viruses and other harmful software from contaminating this site. We do not under any circumstances use spyware or similar unethical practices for marketing or any other purposes. However we can give no warranty that the site is free from infection by virus or any other software with contaminating or destructive properties.
